    The Mill Restaurant; signified by the Windmill on the corner of the property, boosts views which are a true Hunter Valley picture with rolling vineyards and The Brokenback Ranges, you could be mistaken you are in Tuscany. This uniquely Australian aspect and building is situated on a gentle hill. The Mill Courtyard is not only home to the Restaurant, Arrowfield cellar door, Binnorie Dairy cheese factory and Brokenback - BBQ & Tapas Bar.

    This venue is perfect for fine dining, a causal bite to eat, a formal dinner, corporate dinner with a difference, wine makers dinner, weddings (to remember for all the right reasons), a birthday celebration or Christmas Day Luncheon and New Years Eve dinner.

      Food was fantastic, though service was poor. It was a saturday night and I do realise they were busy but a when you really want dessert and your main dishes take soooooo long to be cleared then you wait more than 40 minutes only to find yourself waving down a waiter to order dessert is a little ridiculous...   (deacon_sp - See my reviews (2) - November, 2010)

      An excellent dining experience. Food was outstanding.

      The over all experience was uplifted by the amazing service. Our waitress knew the menu back to from. It was the most relax my partner and I have ever been made feel in such a classy restaurant. The food was fantastic, although we where disappointed by the value for money.   (August, 2008)

    The Mill’s views are uniquely Australian as is the Restaurant; both in the style of the venue and food. Taste our contemporary fine dining with a twist from the a la carte menu in the evening or mouth watering tapas menu at lunch. Various menu options are available for groups and conferences; corporate events and weddings. We cater for all your dining needs including special eating requirements.

    Theming is easily arranged with anything from Medieval, Racing, Olympics, Alice in Wonderland, Americana and much more. Or simply enjoy the stunning views of 300 acres of vines, in the relaxed atmosphere with style in a room where there is no mistaking you are in the Hunter Valley.

    Group booking policy The Booking policy for groups depends on the numbers and menu choosen. Generally speaking a 50% deposit is required or completion of a booking form with credit card details.
