Vegetarian Potato Gnocchi with Pumpkin: A light piquant gluten free potato dumpling with lightly roasted pumpkin, pesto and fetta cheese (without cheese for vegans).
Potato gnocchi : served with chorizo sausage and olives, drenched in a Napoli tomato and basil sauce
Duck, Chive and Ginger Crepe: A real farmhouse treat, with a whole,eal organic crepe filled with strips of organic duck and chives
Vegetarian Potato Gnocchi : with roasted pumpkin, pesto and fetta cheese (vegan available without cheese)
Mixed Tapas for two: 4 dishes (chorizo, chicken wings, prawns, mushrooms) served with Organic sourdough bread

Organic Bendele Farm Chicken breast : served with an exotic oriental cumin spiced roasted pumpkin and salse verde
Cassoulet: From the farmhouses of Gascony in South West France, this famed dish of duck, pork, lamb shank, Toulouse sausage & haricot beans, immersed in a dark, robust broth
Spinach Parcel: Tender green silverbeet leaves surround a mouthwatering filling of roasted zucchini, almonds and cous cous. The parcel is bedded on a white bean puree with or without lemon yoghurt (for vegans)
Oaks Farm Organic Spanish Chicken Breast : braised in tomato, paprika, chorizo and finished with black olives, served with lemon scented cous cous
Crispy Pork Belly : with soft polenta, with a side serve of sauteed spinach
Roasted Lamb Shank from Northern New South Wales: so slowly braised that it melts in your mouth, served with roasted garlic mash
