"We have remarked on the excellent quality of the specials as well as the everyday menu. The special fish meals have been stunning. The ambience would be much better if the bistro were quieter and did not have a huge TV screen displaying sporting events while patrons dine. There is enough noise coming through from the adjoining room. Despite this, we will come regularly as the meals are so good."

Chef | Costa Scouris - The food at the Royal Exchange has really taken an upbeat revival of late thanks to the hard work and dedication of International young gun Costa Scouris. Head Chef Scouris, spent time traveling throughout the Greek Islands working for family in seafood restaurants, and more lately was the Head Chef for the Ibis International Hotel Sydney.
His flare along with the introduction of “Tapas” style meals will truly be a taste sensation for the customer looking for the full meal or a series of tasty dishes to share over a beer. |
