Group booking policy Your function will run along side our normal restaurant day trade and as such there is no facility for speeches. Group bookings are for 10 guests and the maximum guest numbers are 50. We do not allow you to bring your own Cake. However you may add your own special touch to your function by bringing your own decorations (for example flowers or balloons) please liaise with the Restaurant manager if you are having any decorations delivered to The Tea Room.
Group Restaurant Bookings are only confirmed 1 month prior. Your booking is not confirmed unless you have received notification from us.
Group Bookings are available Monday – Friday Only. In order to confirm your reservation we require credit card details for 10 guests and over. A deposit is required to confirm bookings of 20 guests plus along with a signed copy of the booking agreement below. Confirmed numbers and menu choices are required 1 week prior to the booking date. Guest numbers may increase, but not decrease after confirmation. A cancellation fee will be applicable for confirmed bookings that do not show up on the day.
