    My food did not arrive at all. An hour after my order was supposed to be delivered I called them and was told the driver was on his way, and it would be 10-15 minutes. An hour later I gave up, and ordered elsewhere. Disappointing.   (Sea - See my reviews (4) - February, 2013)

    The food was totally cold when it arrived and had to microwave it - not good. Thought it would be better as it is so close to me. Satay was overcooked and dry, satay sauce was super oily, rotti was rubbery - overall, I will go elsewhere next time.   (Mark - November, 2012)

    Ordered just after 7pm. Was told the order would arrive at 8.20. Called at 8.35 and was told the driver was on their way. Called at 9pm and they said they had made a mistake and the order wasn't even put through. Was offered a cash refund or cheque in the mail.     I received an email 15 minutes after placing my order which said it had been cancelled due to delivery driver unavailability. Unfortunately I didn't check my emails for about half an hour after the order. I didn't receive a phone call informing me either. It was pretty disappointing considering I was looking forward to eating some supposedly good and fairly cheap Thai.   (Tess - April, 2012)

    First order was delivered promptly, food was great. Second time? Not so much. If you're busy around dinner time perhaps you should give a more realistic timeline to your customers. When asked, driver responded with 'Oh? JUST 15mins late.' Your restaurant is only 5min away by car. If I'd known your service was that bad I would've driven there myself.
