      Do not go to Topolinos if you are a woman dining alone. the treatment by staff is appalling. I was first in the queue to be seated and the waiter reached around me to give menus and seat the people behind me. i was made to feel like a second class citizen and when I complained about it i was told oh well he must have thought some one else was dealing with you. The quality of service was shocking. The food wasn't worth it either. They didn't want my money and I would suggest you don't give them yours. This site is dodgy. No matter how many times I rate the restaurant as 2 the scale moves moves up.   (stkilda - July, 2011)

      Great service and great food. The best gluten free pizza which my 3yr old son loved. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone wanting great food and atmospher. Loved the jazz music.

      Since my first take away order of fructose free/gluten free pizza I have not ordered pizza from anywhere else.

      They are always helpful, friendly and their pizzas are big enough to last for lunch the next day!

      The food was simply EXCELLENT - the gnocchi just melts in your mouth all the servings are so generous, unlike some other Italian restaurants! Loved the decor and the clever use of the mirror at the back of the restaurant (I thought it was another room!)

      Found the gourmet pizzas, the garlic bread and the sticky date pudding a tad expensive for the quantity, but it was delicious! Will definitely be going back for seconds! :-)   (Tina - July, 2009)

      We always go to Topolinos for dinner when we hit Melbourne and our company always chooses to dine there when we have Awards on. Love Love Love the food entrees are massive but service needs to be alot more organised maybe extra waiters and waitresses when we make our large bookings with our company but always wicked food.   (Mel Karaszkewych - April, 2009)

      The food at Topolinos was great as always, unfortunately the service seems to have slipped a bit. We were seated and brought glasses for our wine but no ice bucket, for which we had to ask for twice before it was brought over. We also had to ask for our order to be taken. Hopefully the lapse in service was a one-off as the experience was still enjoyable and I would definitely go to Topolinos again.   (Helen - See my reviews (24) - November, 2008)

      The food on this occasion was very good as always, and great value for money with generous servings as reasonable prices. The decor is fairly standard but appealing and service was friendly and efficient. My only gripe would be that we were left sitting with empty glasses for quite a while before replacements were offered replacements and the bill took ages - we had to ask for it and then remind them to bring my card back so I could sign for it. Just a niggly thing but a slight disappointment on the tail of what was otherwise a satisfactory experience.   (Helen - See my reviews (24) - May, 2008)

      Topolinos offers good food at very reasonable prices and the byo option is great. The service was fast and professional, we had a table of five and all the orders were correct and arrived in a reasonable time. The portion sizes are generous, a small pizza was sufficient for me and my friend who ordered a large couldn't finish his pizza. The pasta portions are equally generous. I had the neopolotana pizza which was lovely, I would definitely have it again and will certainly be going to Topolinos again.   (Helen - See my reviews (24) - March, 2008)
