Toro’s on York is a Spanish Restaurant that can cater for up to 180 people: Toro’s has traditional Spanish cuisine and is themed in the colours of the Spanish flag. Toro’s also caters for those who are unfamiliar with Spanish food with a Steak Menu and other Non-Spanish items.

Toro’s aims to be a little different: offering quality dining at reasonable prices together with fun and a great atmosphere, catering for the family and individual in the traditional Spanish way.

Awful! No atmosphere at all, grumpy staff with no personality, food horrible - tasted like it had been zapped in the microwave to the point of boiling! Never again. (See my reviews (11) - September, 2009)

Restaurant response - I would like to see how you rate other restaurants. We don't microwave anything that can be boiled and we are actually told A LOT that we have excellent staff - our customers volunteer that information. Maybe you received the type of service you deserved. A good customer gets good service. A customer who is not happy and provides decent feedback can be seen as a great asset. But those customers who moan after the fact and do nothing to help the restaurant improve, deserve nothing more than a few words on a website to make themselves feel important! (January, 2010)
