How your order is processed:

  1. Your order is transmitted to this restaurant the instant you submit your order,

  3. You automatically receive a confirmation email and/or sms with the updated delivery estimate AND contact information for the restaurant (should you experience any issues with the food or delivery),
  4. Menulog customer service representatives monitor orders to ensure they are confirmed immediately by the restaurant,

    This was our first time ordering and it will be our last. The sides were stale and had clearly been reheated. We order 3 dished and all were less that disappointing had no flavour, tasted like they had been pored from a packet. The serving we're small and the meal overpriced. Don't bother! Anyone with a positive review of this place has clearly never eaten real Indian food!

    Food arrived an hour after expected delivery time, lukewarm or cold, with the wrong entree. I like Uncle raja's , but will NOT ever use their delivery service again. Hungry and disappointed

    We enjoy the dishes that we know and choose every time to our liking. Thankyou for a good meal, giving us a night off cooking and oh yes we will be back :)

    We found a piece of what looked like and felt like wood in one of the dishes. We decided not to eat any of it. Very disappointed.

    This was our first time ordering, and we have no been able to take a bite of it. Instantly the chicken skeweres were hard and you felt as though you were chewing into the bamboo, once the lids were taken off the stirfry and thai curry the smell was not good, the taste was to match! We will not order here again! We now have to make something else for dinner, as we could not eat this.

    First time using Menulog and I'll definitely use it again. So quick and easy! Food was delivered ahead of the planned time and was great. My only criticism is that it wasn't as hot as I would have liked. I would like to see more Newcastle restaurants using this service too.

    Didn't get the steam rice i payed for but has been credited back to me. Was charged $2 delivery fee when the add starts free delivery!!

    The food was delicious, and arrived quite quickly, HOWEVER, our order was stuffed up and the rice we paid for wasn't delivered. So we had to wait for the delivery guy to drive back to the restaurant, pick up our rice and return. By the time our rice arrived our meals were cold. I thought a nice gesture like a free entree might be offered as compensation for the inconvenience but it wasn't. I, along with my 4 friends who ordered with me, will probably not order from here again.

    First time using Menulog and first time with Uncle Raja's & Nara Thai restaurant. The food was delicious, and the delivery time was extremely fast. Will definitely order from here again.
