Visited on a very busy Saturday night, service was very good, the meals (there were four of us) were all excellent and mine the salt and pepper squid was one of the best I have had in a long time.

Definitely be going back there again, highly recommended

One of the best Grilled Calamari dishes I have had in a long while.

Would have to agree with December 2007 review. Was particularly annoyed to be slugged an additional 9.5% surcharge fee for Friday and Saturday nights on what were already expensive prices for what arrived at the table. Had to follow up on drink order twice when restaurant was not even busy and simply overpriced for drinks, food and side dishes (ie incl surcharge $9.25 !! for 3 slices of garlic bread come on are you serious !!!!) Plenty of other restaurants around the West Perth and Subiaco area that represent far better value for money and good food as well. I will never go there again.   (May, 2008)

Nice place but the food is outrageously expensive for what comes out on the plate. If you get invited there have a snack before you head out as you will be hungry afterwards. Heaps of other restaurants a long that strip in Beaufort street that represent far better value for money   (March, 2008)
