bad service bad staff do not keep to booking times i agree, the party before us for teppanyaki was 1.5 hours later and therefore our booking for 8.30 was cancelled and we had to eat other things which were not that good and very disappointing in the management it was a case of too bad so sad. would never ever ever go there again or recommend them in my lifetime or my grandchildrens lifetime.   (August, 2008)

the food was good however the ambience was not so good and the service was atrocious, i had to continually ask for items that we had ordered and I am still waiting for the chilli sauce that was supposed to arrive with my entree. they need to increase their staffs ability to serve and look after customers. there appeared to be no one in charge just a whole lot of young girls who were the waitresses.   (May, 2008)
