    A great addition to the dining scene in West Ryde, which needs a welcome alternative to Asian cuisine. More a cafe than restaurant. Anatolian is an excellent venue for lunch, or coffee and light refreshments. It is also open on Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings. 31 December 2006   (BYO_Diner - December, 2006)

    An excellent and unpretentious cafe/restaurant in the Ryde district, that serves excellent pizzas, pastas and chicken and veal dishes. Completely BYO, and there is plenty of nearby parking. Most of the customers are locals, and they keep on coming back.   (BYO_Diner - December, 2006)

    An excellent and unpretentious Italian restaurant that has been an Artarmon institution for many years. My friends and I dine here regularly, and are treated by the proprietor Jack and his staff, like old friends. Superb pizzas, pastas and chicken and veal dishes are what keep drawing us back, plus the friendly service and value for money. Completely BYO as well.   (BYO_Diner - December, 2006)

    The decor at Satay Laksa is pretty average, but this is more than made up for with an excellent range of Asian cuisines available. There are not many asian restaurants in Sydney that offer diners a range of Indian, Chinese, Malay, Thai and Vietnamese dishes on the one menu, but Satay Laksa does. Completely BYO, and the West Ryde Hotel is only a few doors away for a pre-dinner drink.   (BYO_Diner - September, 2006)
