Kafenes would easily be one of the best Greek restaurants in Sydney. Family run by Phillip and Maria and their daughters and friends, Kafenes offers excellent Greek food at reasonable prices, and the service is friendly and professional.

Completely BYO as well, which is always a bonus. My friends and I always make sure we come here when there are no shows on at the nearby Enmore Theatre, otherwise the place is often packed out. Regular customers are treated like old friends. The desserts here are simply superb.   (BYO_Diner - September, 2006)

An excellent, unpretentious little cafe/restaurant that offers superb Portuguese food, without the pretence or prices of some of the Portuguese restaurants in Petersham. Stocks a range of local and imported beers and wines, plus it is BYO wine as well.

The staff are friendly and helpful, and the food you get here is some of the best Portuguese cuisine in Sydney.

I have been dining regularly at Little Portugal for about 6 months now, and have never left disappointed. Every time I dine here, I always have a Portuguese Super Bock beer, which is superb, and certainly better than most Australian beers.   (BYO_Diner - September, 2006)
