service was good but eggs served clearly were not fresh in colour or taste. the waitress did offer to get another breakfast done but by then we didn't want to chance it again. the menu is over priced for what essentially is bacon and eggs. to include chips on normal menu items it an additional $3 approx which seems expensive, most side items are expensive for what is a cafe.   (frenchs forest thai garlic - April, 2009)

we had a group of five people and a one year old. this place is definitely child friendly like they say they are. from the moment we entered the service was fantastic. the food was amazing and the view over the beach just topped off a great lunch. the sourdough loaf to start was the best i have ever had. i had the chicken for the main and it was done perfectly. others had the angus steak and this just melted in your mouth. cant wait to go back again.   (frenchs forest thai garlic - April, 2009)

food was great but only complaint is that when we wanted to order coffee we were told the kitchen was closed despite no one coming to take our order any earlier.
