I was very happy with my experience with Melthouse Pizza and wanted to increase their ratings.

I enjoyed their food (if you like your pizza rubbery and chewy then this is the place for you) and service.   (AA - March, 2013)

I think the food here is so great that I've rated it a 10! And take a look at my other ratings, I am not an easy rater. Would highly recommend the pork belly and Asian greens dish. Have never had a bad dish here. Excellent customer service also - one of the best around.

The order took waaay too long to arrive - 1/2 hour late. As with these joints, no one calls. You do the chasing and end up speaking with someone with barely understandable English. When the man did arrive though, he was nicer than the usual delivery person.

I had the BBQ chicken - unusually sweet for this dish; chicken larb - awful, watery and too citrusy; basil, chilli and garlic veggies - the nicest of the dishes due to a nice flavour and chunky pieces of soft tofu.   (AA - June, 2012)

Yes, the food is a bit above average. Certainly edible. But the pricing and speed sure makes it worth it. The food's really not that bad!!!   (AA - February, 2012)

Pretty much agree with the other reviewers' posts for this restaurant. Food is okay to good. I think they serve up 'authentic' Chinese food and it's a welcome relief from the many local Thai and pizza options. Bit pricey, however, servings sizes tend to be larger also.

Speed this time was incredibly poor. 45 MIINS LATE. No phone call or anything. However, did receive an extra dim sim. Don't know if this was accidental or compensation.   (AA - June, 2011)

Pad thai was average, roti was very nice tasting (hard to stuff up a roti though!), I will always love a chicken chilli & basil stir-fry nearly no matter what and the yellow chicken curry tasted the most similar to how my mum used to make it but seemed to lose its taste the following day when eating as leftovers.   (AA - May, 2011)
