La Rustica Trattoria Pizzeria

Busy with children and loud with children.
I found it too much for a meal out. The food was plasticy too - I mean that the thick inspid sauces cover everything and taste of nothing. Evident that they don't make their own sauce from scratch. (Cheylicious - April, 2010)

Rama's always does well. This different take on Indian food is a welcome variance to the norm. (Cheylicious - April, 2010)

Silo Bakery
- 36 Giles st, Kingston ACTOverall 4.5 - Food 4, Ambience 5, Value 5, Service 4
The whole experience of coming and wanting to be treated to a good meal is impossible when service takes 30 minutes to acknowledge you. The food is overpriced and the staff or short of temper.
I didn't even think the famous bread was that great. (Cheylicious - August, 2009)

L'unico Ristorante Italiano
- 27 Kennedy st, Kingston ACTOverall 4.5 - Food 3, Ambience 6, Value 5, Service 4
For the little that did go right, the rest of the evening overweighted the night. Sloppy service and slop served made the night a challenge to enjoy the company.
I'm taking my friends out to another place next time. (Cheylicious - August, 2009)

Figaro
- 17 Kennedy st, Kingston ACTOverall 10 - Food 10, Ambience 10, Value 10, Service 10
I organised for a party to come here and we had a great time with everything going better than I could have hoped for.
The personal touches for the service were brilliant and we all left happy, well fed and treated to an extraordinary evening. (Cheylicious - August, 2009)

Griffith Vietnamese Restaurant
- 6 Barker st, Griffith ACTOverall 7.5 - Food 8, Ambience 5, Value 9, Service 8
You don't really want to eat in as such - the place is undeniably out of date for decor; but you may find that part of it's kitchen charm.
The food speaks for itself. It's tasty, fresh, great balance of flavours and takes no time flat. This is my favourite local takeaway. (Cheylicious - August, 2009)

Zeffirelli Pizza Restaurant
- 5/55 Woolley st, Dickson ACTOverall 4 - Food 4, Ambience 3, Value 5, Service 4
So completely not worth going to.
I can't think of a tougher base to a pizza than I had from here. It was uninspired, too salty, not served hot and I couldn't bring myself to finishing it.
The place looks tacky and it needs a bit of a clean. (Cheylicious - August, 2009)

You get what you pay for - so it normally goes. I found the prices here too high for the average quality of the food.
The portions are big, but just not well constructed.
The feel of the place is too busy, and rushed. The staff fret about too much, but still don't achieve much.
The overall flavour from the food is bland with lots of salt to compensate. Okay for kids parties maybe. (Cheylicious - August, 2009)

Mezzalira Restaurant
- Cnr London Circuit and West row, Canberra ACTOverall 7.5 - Food 7, Ambience 7, Value 7, Service 9
They are known for award winning food but we had decent Italian only. It was honestly nothing to complain about, but nor was it worth bragging about.
The room feels nice, but over cluttered with a design from the 90's. The high point was the waiter we had for the evening. He knew what he was up to and made us feel welcome.
I've enjoyed other Italian places more - but here is still a decent restaurant. (Cheylicious - August, 2009)

L'unico Ristorante Italiano
- 27 Kennedy st, Kingston ACTOverall 3.3 - Food 3, Ambience 4, Value 3, Service 3
Pretty disgusting; the place was needing a clean as surfaces were grimy and the menu had sauce marks in it. Through the night there was a bad smell that wofted in and out. I hope the kitchen wasn't the cause.
The food was tainted with something odd - we couldn't finish it. The staff were then quite dismissive of the notion that we hadn't had a good evening. By the end we were glad to be on our way home. (Cheylicious - August, 2009)
