    50 minute wait after order was taken before food (2 meals) appeared. (The place was not busy at the time.)

    One of the meals was totally below standard. Meat had strong "off' smell and vegetables poorly cooked. (It is pretty hard to ruin frozen peas, but they were bullet like.)

    Complaint received and dealt with in a businesslike way.

    What a sad disappointment and what a waste of our time.   (Unlucky - September, 2009)
