After reading a review on this restaurant I thought I would still try as the menu looked delightful. We turned up bout 2pm on Saturday, were seated quickly. 20 mins it took to get to order a drink, 30 mins later to attract attention to order (a shared entree cheese board) and 2 x mains. An hour later the cheese board appeared on our table (after prompting) and I would say about 20 after prompting again, after cheese was finished, our mains turned up....Wait i forget the soft drink ordered that never came and we asked for twice. At 4.30pm we left as we were not game enough to order coffee and desserts.......if the service had been sharp and snappy I would happily have returned, but the food quality lost it's lustre with the unrealistic waits we had on a not that busy restaurant.........But i wont even think about returning...........It was also entertaining to watch a few new comers walk in, sit down, order and walk out after 1hours wait for their food that never appeared!!!! Shame on management for letting this lack of service occur (If_it_fits - May, 2010)
