We dine here for Sunday lunch at least once per month. It is by far the best restaurant in Brisbane. The mains are divine (tried them all), the desserts to die for and the service outstanding. For this excellent place, I will put up with the somewhat sargeant major Maitre 'D at the front who delighted one day (when we failed to book) in chiding us for not booking. We left with our proverbial tails between our legs but gladly returned the following week (booking firstly of course).   (Dissapointing - July, 2010)

I have been a patron for a few years but unfortunately the standard of food and service seems to be dropping, but still has some of the best desserts in Brisbane, perhaps it has staff issues as there are always new staff when we visit.   (Dissapointing - July, 2010)

Will not return. Horrible experience. Bad service, bad coffee. The rabbit was tough and tasteless. Only good plates were the entre's and perhaps the deserts. The chef abused us after we complained about the service. He took it all rather personally.   (Dissapointing - July, 2010)
