We had dined here before, so it was the first choice of my son for his birthday. The steaks are incredible - tasty, juicy, thick and cooked exactly as ordered. My medium rare Angus rump was melt-in-the-mouth! The Bearnaise sauce was divine with a hint of tarragon and the chips are extra special. The serve of French beans and broccoli was enough for the three of us. Unfortunately my summer pudding was a little disappointing, given that I make it myself. The bread was too thick and the berries too few. It really needed a big scoop of gelato to keep it company. I was really chuffed when the owner recognised me from past business at his family's other restaurants. As a result, my son received the big scoop of gelato with a sparkling candle. The prices are a bit exee, but for a great steak experience Kingley's is hard to beat. (doctortrish - December, 2010)

For a Tuesday night, this restaurant was packed! And no wonder. The food is superb - very creative and beautifully presented. We took advantage of their special spring offer of 3 courses for $49 which made the experience even more worth while, particularly as the choices were from the whole a la carte menu. Although we took our own wine, there was a good selection on the wine list. A great dining experience. We'll be back! (doctortrish - November, 2008)

Your kind words are really appreciated as we all do put in a consistent effort to maintain an extremely high standard. The $49 special is very good value giving patrons a dessert for free and more in many cases.
We want to have as many customers as we can enjoy our great food and service with exceptional value and this seems to be catching.
