Worst service I've ever received! I requested to go to the counter to pay with my credit card, as is most common. The owner would not let me go with him AT ALL! He raised his voice at me to tell me to go sit down. When I tried to take my card back, he got mad and said He'll bring the eftpos machine out instead. If he wasn't going to do anything dodgy with my card, why wouldn't he let me go to counter with him? He ended up sending a waiter to our table instead to fix up our bill.   (ives - May, 2010)

I was greatly disappointed with my experience at rockpool. Being the 'restaurant of the year' for 2008, I was expecting wonderful full, especially the steak, as they pride themselves in their wagyu. I've had way better steak than what they offered.   (ives - November, 2008)

The restaurant didn't have enough staff working. It took awhile to get their attention. However, it is a decent restaurant, and not overly packed (unlike so many other chinese restaurants)   (ives - December, 2007)

The food was great! I espeicially loved the chilli chicken!!!!!!! However, when I went at lunch, there was only 1 guy serving at the restaurant (so he was quite busy). Also, the food portions are tiny. Regardless of that, I would still recommend people to try!   (ives - October, 2007)

Tgi is just not what used to be! Tgi Fridays used to be at the top with hard rock cafe. However, I've noticed an enourmous decline in the service the staff provides along with the food. The portions had decreased immensely, and the food does not taste good anymore.   (ives - October, 2007)

It's great that smoking is no longer allowed indoors. The air used to be really bad in cookie, but now, it's great! The Thai food is AWESOME!!!!!! If you haven't tried it yet, you should go! [though booking is ESSENTIAL]   (ives - August, 2007)
