I'd avoided the cafe downstairs due to previous bad experiences so returned for a work lunch expecting the worst but was pleasantly surprised. The menu had been updated and the food that was coming out looked much more appetising. My steak sandwich was good and everyone else enjoyed their meals much more than previous occasions.   (Redchilli - June, 2008)

First time here and I will definitely be returning! We had a hard time picking meals and wine from the extensive menus. Don't be fooled by the menu descriptions - the serves are huge. The pork dish ended up being 3 big pork chops and was the best pork I've had in some time. The service was efficient and we were out in enough time to make our concert.   (Redchilli - September, 2007)

After looking at the brunch menu and organising a group of friends I ended up a bit disappointed. The restaurant itself has a great atmosphere with various dining options (outside, inside or at the bar) but the service was a bit of a let down. Despite ordering coffees at the same time there was a long delay in getting all of them and it took a while to get served when extra orders were required. My meal (baked bean toastie) was served cold. Despite this, I think I'll give it another go but for dinner.   (Redchilli - June, 2009)

I finally made it back. Good italian food. I usually have the calzone which is great, but tried the veal this time and was not disappointed. Good, friendly service.   (Redchilli - October, 2008)

Love the funky wood oven. Tasty pizza with a good range of toppings. A bigger size pizza would be good (there's only 9" or 12").   (Redchilli - March, 2009)

I decided to have a change from my usual order this time (the burger) and tried the paella - it was definitely worth a go, a decent serve with enough seafood. As always the service was great, and despite being extremely busy, the meals came out quickly enough so that uor lunch hour wasn't stretched too much.   (Redchilli - March, 2008)
