Bath Hotel Restaurant

I've been here several tiomes for drinks and loved the atmosphere but this was the first time I'd eaten here and it was great! The menu had something for everyone on it and it was really nice. Good service too - even though it was busy we did not have to wait long for food and the drinks service was efficient. (Redchilli - January, 2009)

Great food. The service was good - we were so busy with our yearly catch up that we barely noticed the staff packing up around us but despite this the staff didn't rush us at all. It was much appreciated. (Redchilli - January, 2009)

Lenzerheide Restaurant
- 146 Belair rd, Hawthorn SAOverall 10 - Food 10, Ambience 10, Value 10, Service 10
I love this place because it's so consistent - you are always guaranteed an outstanding dining experience. The staff are always professional - nothing is too much trouble even when dining with a large group. The decor has been modernised which is nice but it is still comfortable. The food - I always have a hard time choosing from the menu because it all sounds so good and I know it will be. This is a pricey restaurant but the food and service deserve it, you don't leave feeling that you have overpaid for what you receive. (Redchilli - December, 2008)

Good breakfast with decent coffee. Good for a casual catch up with friends. Service was attentive and the food didn't take long to arrive at the table after ordering which was good. (Redchilli - December, 2008)

Ajisen Ramen
- 23 Leigh st, Adelaide SAOverall 8.8 - Food 9, Ambience 8, Value 10, Service 8
Always packed which is an indication that the food is good. It's mainly Japanese noodles in broth with egg, vegies and your choice of meat. The gyoza are delicious as is the tofu in miso sauce. Main meals are around the $10 mark and they are a decent size. (Redchilli - December, 2008)

- 27 Bank st, Adelaide SAOverall 8.3 - Food 8, Ambience 7, Value 10, Service 8
I've walked past so many times and wondered what this place would be like and today I tried it and was nicely surprised! Downstairs is very neat and clean, the service was good considering there was only one person on and the food was really tasty. The $9.90 lunch special is the best value in town - I came out stuffed. The regular menu looked well priced too. (Redchilli - December, 2008)

The gourmet vegetarian pizza was great - crispy base and good, fresh, flavoursome toppings. The calzone was good too. Great service, very friendly. Will return to sample more pizza. (Redchilli - December, 2008)

The Stag Hotel
- 299 Rundle st, Adelaide SAOverall 8.3 - Food 8, Ambience 8, Value 7, Service 10
The staff were great, even though it's Christmas and it was a Friday night and we hadn't made a booking, they managed to squeeze us in but warned us that a table was booked after us. No worries. Very knowledgeable about the menu. Large menu that focusses on steak which I wasn't interested in that night but the fish was great. The two other steaks at the table were cooked properly and tender and the fries were good. Can recommend the chorizo platter for a starter. (Redchilli - December, 2008)

Cafe Salsa
- 5 West Beach rd, West Beach SAOverall 8.5 - Food 9, Ambience 9, Value 8, Service 8
I visited with trepidation after reading the various reviews of Cafe Salsa around the place and the general view that the service left a bit to be desired. However, I'm pleased to report that the service was fine on our visit - particularly since we were one of a number of large groups dining there that night. We were looked after, orders were taken appropriately and we had enough time between courses to chat. The food was great - rustic italian - the homemade gnocchi was the best. Great suburban restaurant with a retro feel. Dine in front of the fire in winter and underneath the palm fronds in summer. (Redchilli - December, 2008)

Great Chinese food - can recommend the cabbage rolls, duck and whole fish. Service was good even though it was a busy night and we weren't waiting long for food. Good wine list but minimal corkage for BYO. (Redchilli - November, 2008)
