The venue has a lovely feel but I was a bit disappointed with the food. I luv my Spanish food but found the menu/taste did not quite live up to my expectations....maybe next time I just stick to the Tapas menu.   (Peta - September, 2009)

Bigger and more casual that Movida (Hosier Lane) but still worth the visit - just be careful of being offered the Duck dish which isn't on the menu, whilst lovely it was three times the price of any other dish.   (Peta - September, 2010)

We ate lunch in the French side of this new, very spacious, restaurant.

Staff were very attentive and the food very tasty (I wanted to try everything on the menu).   (Peta - September, 2010)

I always thought the Cornish Arms was a dingy pub that supported bands.

But it has been transformed into a modern city pub. I was there for the $12 steak night (fabolous) but would def go back to try the menu & go for some drinks.   (Peta - May, 2010)

The staff were very attentive and knew the dishes etc exceptionally well.

We thought the cost was a little steep for the size of the dishes (compared to other Spanish venues we have eaten at)....but that wouldn't stop us from going back to try more of the menu.   (Peta - April, 2010)

Always a place with a 'buzz'.

Staff very helpful explaining the menu (otherwise an Italian phrase book might be necessary).

The staff were more than accommodating for us (with a child) on a Saturday night when they were busy.

A lovely bistro in the middle of Calton North (certianly felt like we could have been overseas). Food fresh and unusual combinations. Our only concern was that the steak was a little too 'flame grilled'.
