Verve is a stylish restaurant serving excellent food and the patrons often comment on the warm ambience. The service is professional, yet friendly. Being frequented mainly by locals the staff and owner Shelly get to know their clientele's wants and needs, most are on a first name basis. The food created by Head Chef Jay Jorgensen and Sous Chef Jasper Kan has been embraced by our customers and they keep coming back for more. His style is based on classic european principles but with asian influences. He changes the menu seasonally so there is always something enticing to try.
