    Vivaz Restaurant seats 400 people and features a Buffet style Latin American Churasco Grill. Our meats consist of Roast Lamb, Beef, Pork, Chorizo Sausage, and Deviled Chicken Wings.

    Included are other delicious Main Courses, as well as Salads, followed by Seasonal Fresh Fruit and Desserts,

    Tea and Coffee, all prepared by our very own Head Chef Raimo and his Assistant Chef Vigi.

    Our bar is located in the centre of the restaurant. Come and try one of our delicious cocktails, we have a great selection of drinks including Pina Coladas, Margheritas, Sangria and much more.

      Blown AWAY !! Loved the host, the service was fantastic, the barman sensational and the whole atmosphere was just brilliant, the music was amazing and everyone had a brilliant time. The drinks were awesome and the fire on the bar was a exciting touch. Danced our bums off !!!!! Highly recommend this for a great girls night out !!!!!!   (Vivaz - February, 2011)

      Not a great place at all. Service was slow and unprofessional , staff need a crash course in customer service. Food was average at best and inedible at worst. Had to wait 10 , 15 min for bar service & was ignored alltogether on a couple of occasions. The cocktails all tasted the same and were too pricey. The decor is old and place looks like it needs a serious revamp. The garden like tables & chairs looked cheap n cheesy. The music was good but the sound & lighting system seemed low quality and outdated. Just generally a lousy place. Give it a miss!!!!!!   (VIVAZ001 - December, 2010)

      Had my girlfriends Birthday party there on the weekend. It was an enjoyable experience. The food was great, Sangria was a bit too sweet for my liking though. The whole atmosphere of the place was really laid back, the views from our table was awesome, topped off with some fireworks, which I enjoyed. My only quarell is the drinks are just a bit too expensive. Overall it was great. Wouldn't hesitate having another function there.   (April, 2007)

      Went for dinner, drinks and dancing. The food, we had the tapas option for 5, was pretty average. The empanadas seemed to be supermarket quality for example. But the chicken wings and the meatballs were good. The Cocktails were great and very affordable at $12.50 each but eh sangria was too sweet. We had a good view of the opera house from our table. Dancing and the live band was lots of fun. Lots more girls than guys:( However, got asked to dance a few times ;) I would recommend to have dinner at Encasa first and then after 9.30 to make your way to Vivaz for drinks and dancing!     We are open to the public on Friday and Saturday nights. We can open the restaurant any other day for private functions for a minimum of 100 people . We can tailor our menu to meet your requirements.

    Group booking policy *To secure a booking , a deposit of 25% required.

    * Final numbers and full payment are required at least 3 weeks before

    the date of the function.

    * On the night , reduction of numbers is not permitted.

    Group cancellation policy * Cancelation fee of 25% applies, if cancelled 4 weeks prior to the

    function date.

    * Cancelation fee of 50% applies if cancelled 2 weeks prior.

    * Full 100% cancelation fee applies, if cancelled within 2 weeks of the

    function date.
