  Came here the other night for my birthday with a group of friends.

  We thought for something different we would try the Psychic Tuesday special, so when we were told she was not going to be turning up we were all pretty disappointed.

  The staff didn't really seem to care that we were not pleased, since the whole reason for us picking this place was based on a false advertisement, no explanation was given either.

  Our drinks were fine, the food was ok, and the price was great but the service was miserable at best.

  when my friend complained that her food was soggy and cold the waiter just shrugged his shoulders at her and walked away.

  I am pretty sure none of us will be back, unless the staff learn some manners.

  I will say though that one staff member was slightly better than the rest and wished me a happy birthday and gave me a free soft drink. (that was the best service we received all night)   (See my reviews (16) - June, 2009)

  15 of us came here for a casual birthday lunch in the sun one lazy saturday afternoon. I had made a cake for the birthday girl, which they duly put in their kitchen. Ok pub food but please tell me why the chicken sandwich could be served with either wedges or chips but the chicken burger could ONLY be served with fries. Ridiculous!! They brought my cake out and after a round of happy birthdays the plates were not forthcoming. We ended up going up ourselves and getting them. Half way through eating the cake one of the waiters came up and said that we would be charged 'cakeage'...i mean...seriously...'cakeage' ? we had just spent over $1000 on food & drinks, and only once we were eating the cake that they had strored for me, brought out did they then completely ruin our experience. Our group were up in arms! and had a stand up row with the waiter. Never Ever again. Dont treat your customers which such distain. If they were the terms, you need to say earlier. Forget it, never will i step foot in their premises. Rude, arrogant what complete idiots.   (See my reviews (12) - November, 2008)

  The woman behind the bar was very slow and made several mistakes, and although the fellows were friendly, they also seemed quite slow, and the overall place seemed disorganised. I asked for Bruschetta to start and then a salad and although they were both yummy, they came out together! The view was great. The food nice. Would probably go there again, just not with a big table (14), as they didn't seem to cope with lots of food orders at once.   (G Smith - See my reviews (2) - June, 2008)

  The food here is fabulous! It feels relaxed like an upmarket pub but the food is like you're dining out in one of Sydney's best restaurants. Kudos to the chef!   (Louise - See my reviews (4) - February, 2008)
