Glen Cordwell - Glen grew up in Tasmania and has extensive knowledge of the Tasmanian seasons, produce and market. He has worked in some of the best restaurants in Tasmania including the Revolving Restaurant at Wrest Point and Edge of the Bay. He also spent 2 years in Margaret River, Western Australia. His local knowledge teamed with his life experience enables him to create a relaxed fine dining experience that is simplistic yet splendid.
