Menulog Voucher Terms and Conditions
  1. Only Menulog issued vouchers are accepted.
  2. Available only at restaurants that display 'Vouchers Accepted',
  3. Menulog facilitates the discount and pays the full amount directly to the restaurant.
  4. Vouchers can only be used in conjunction with paying via credit card,
  5. Must be used before its expiry date,
  6. Vouchers can only be used in full (ie. no change is given).
  7. Voucher code to be entered at end of checkout process.
  8. Final amount owing after voucher applied will be shown at the top of the credit card entry page.
  9. Menulog reserves the right to charge the value of the voucher to your allotted credit card if we determine that the voucher was redeemed contrary to the terms of use.

    I ordered 4 pizzas at 19:30 on Sat night. It took over 20 mins for the 'instantaneous" text message to confirm the delivery time for my order which was scheduled for 21:19! The pizzas eventually arrived closer to 21:30.

    Once they actually arrived they were decent pizzas (not amazing, but certainly good). However I would have just ordered somewhere else if I'd know it would take over 2 hours!   (Natalie - March, 2013)

    I ordered a spaghetti chicken avacado & fetucinne chicken mushroom but instead i received a spaghetti chicken mushroom as well as a fetucinne chicken avacado with exactly 3 small cubes of avacado in it. :(   (Deryk - January, 2013)

    i ordered food from wise guys at 9.14pm Sunday night and what happens, they dont deliver my food, charge my card, and deliver it tot he neighbours across the street that i can see clearly and is not my address.

    This is my go to pizza place usually. i went to make an order yesterday, but i got a call that it was canceled due to the minimum order amount being $100. first of that seems extreme, and 2nd , looks like I will have to find another place to order to from now on.   (Ranjita - See my reviews (10) - January, 2013)

    Disgusting service! I ordered lasagne and tirramasu and paid by card. I was then called and then told they did not have lasagne. Okay, that's fine. I was going to swap to another pasta dish when I was told that I had to pay cash because they had already reversed the charges onto my card. I was paying by card because I didn't have cash on me. So no dinner for me!

    The problem could of easily been solved by the company calling me and asking if i would like something else BEFORE adjusting any payments!   (Tammie - July, 2012)

    Semi Decent pizza's, full of toppings but quality isnt great but you get what you pay for. The base is amazing would be awesome if they did woodfired pizzas.

    Small was quite filling and Im a big guy! Fast delivery and very friendly.

    For a quick fix, this is great.

    After reading the review on here i was skeptical of making an order but after going ahead i must say they are really worth a try. Took about an hour for delivery But considering that i live in the city it seemed pretty quick.Pasta was delicious and pizza worth the $17. Tartufo seemed a little small but was definately worth 5 bucks All in all i think out of all the delivery restaurants based here they are definately one of the best ive had and will definately come back for more.   (See my reviews (3) - April, 2012)

    I think the earlier reviews much more closely reveal the truth about this place than the last couple. In a word these guys are Rubbish. I have ordered from them before and yes hair in food is something I too have experienced from here. I have decided to write a review to stop other people wasting their money.

    Firstly my order took 1.5hrs to arrive - then it wasn't even as per my order. When I rang to complain the person on the phone spoke little to no english and just kept asking 'whats wrong?' and that he didn't understand. Eventually another person was put on who said 'sorry I was dealing with some personal issues in my life'. I honestly couldn't believe it.

    The food was dry and stiff/barely warm - almost like it had sat on the counter for half an hour. The 'home made' tiramisu is ANYTHING but home made or even tiramisu!.. it was literally an icecream cupcake - certainly not worth $4.50. I wouldn't waste my time with this place.. they eventually offered me a credit for next time but it was so bad I wouldn't bother going there again.

      poor service. late delivery by an hour, called to ask reason and they were very rude.   (Aaron - See my reviews (2) - October, 2008)

      Restaurant response - There was a time when staff let the store down

      They are not with us any more (No they didn't get the cement shoes)

      Things have changed. Deliveries are on time, Pizzas taste great and the meals are delicious

      Try them out, you wont be disappointed
