I can only echo other people's sentiments. The food was exceptionally overpriced, we booked a large table and it was very disorganised and we ended up having to organise our own seating. Don't let the vegan, vego catering fool you either - they failed to provide our whole party with lunch and then had the nerve to charge those of us who were eating $40 for cold meat and salad..oh and some two day old fruit salad. An excellent place to go if you want a two hour wait for your food, that will be only just warm and sub standard.
Granted that it was Mothers Day, but they had booked too many tables for what they could handle, yet continued to seat walk-ins.
When this was brought to the attention of senior staff, no apology was offered - but didn't seem surprised that we wouldn't be returning. (Gruntled - May, 2011)

This is a very popular & unique location. Seating in front and back gardens was full and had to wait to get a free table.Fantastic artwork and AMAZING hidden gardens. Great for the kids, with its large grounds creates a relaxed environment. Will definitely be back. (bing - September, 2009)

a unique location in the middle of canberra thats a million miles from the city. We went to a wedding reception there last year that was fantastic what a memory (caz - April, 2009)

Fabulous setting, staff not at all interested in serving us as on 4 separate occassions we had to leave our seats, walk inside & ask for menues or attention. It was a rather hot day & white wine was not served in a cooler so it "got hot" rather qiuckly. The food while a little pricey was exceptionally good & made up for the above mentioned disappointments. (out of towner - March, 2009)

A charming cafe with a relaxed family feel (should be in Sydney not Canberra!). The kids & dog menu were a surprise. We would not of found it without menulog & we will visit it again next time we have to go to Canberra. (April, 2008)
