How your order is processed:

  1. Your order is transmitted to this restaurant the instant you submit your order,
  2. The restaurant confirms your order and advises us of the current delivery estimate,
  3. You automatically receive a confirmation email and/or sms with the updated delivery estimate AND contact information for the restaurant (should you experience any issues with the food or delivery),
  4. Menulog customer service representatives monitor orders to ensure they are confirmed immediately by the restaurant,
  5. The restaurant prepares the food and delivers directly to your door.
Menulog Voucher Terms and Conditions

    pizza didnt come with topping advertised, when calling up to complain i was told i need to ask for extra to get toppings that come with the pizza?! also it came with an unrefrigerated pepsi,this place dont take complaits well at all also upon replacing meal they wanted me to pay the delivery fee. again.. for their mistake

    I ordered the Chicken Parma, it was dry and non eatable, I called and asked for the whole meal to be replaced as by the time they replace, I opened my new meal I found that only the Chicken Parma had been remade and nothing else, they had taken the 1st meal so I could not take the chips from there. After 2 hours I was not going to call and compain again so I left it.
