How your order is processed:

  1. Your order is transmitted to this restaurant the instant you submit your order,
  2. The restaurant confirms your order and advises us of the current delivery estimate,
  3. You automatically receive a confirmation email and/or sms with the updated delivery estimate AND contact information for the restaurant (should you experience any issues with the food or delivery),
  4. Menulog customer service representatives monitor orders to ensure they are confirmed immediately by the restaurant,

    I have ordered home delivery twice now and the food has been good. The first time was the delivery was very quick, but the second time an older man delivered and he was slow and very very rude. The food was cold.   (Douglas - See my reviews (2) - November, 2012)

    Terrible!!!! Kung Po chicken was off. We rang to tell them and they said it has vinegar in it and that may give the dish an odd flavour. What a load of BS! The chicken was off and stank out the whole house. We will never order from this place again.   (Greg - November, 2012)

    Food was average, ham and chicken rolls were very disappointing as they were soaked with oil and tasted very fatty, instead of golden and crispy. Sweet and Sour pork was made using a similar fatty batter and not very nice at all. Service was fast and super efficient.
