Speed ratings are based on user reviews given by customers who have ordered from Menulog before. Ratings are calculated on a scale of 1-10.

How your order is processed:

  1. Your order is transmitted to this restaurant the instant you submit your order,
  2. The restaurant confirms your order and advises us of the current delivery estimate,
  3. You automatically receive a confirmation email and/or sms with the updated delivery estimate AND contact information for the restaurant (should you experience any issues with the food or delivery),
  4. Menulog customer service representatives monitor orders to ensure they are confirmed immediately by the restaurant,
  5. The restaurant prepares the food and delivers directly to your door.
Menulog Voucher Terms and Conditions
  1. Only Menulog issued vouchers are accepted.
  2. Menulog facilitates the discount and pays the full amount directly to the restaurant.
  3. Vouchers can only be used in conjunction with paying via credit card,
  4. Must be used before its expiry date,
  5. Vouchers can only be used in full (ie. no change is given).
  6. Voucher code to be entered at end of checkout process.
  7. Final amount owing after voucher applied will be shown at the top of the credit card entry page.

    I wait one and half hour get the food. They called to tell me car broken down. Still Im really hungry when I was ordering. Anyway food is nice but just wait for too long.

    Food was terrible. Dry chicken, tasteless and even the smell was shocking... We took a photo - it seemed more like leftovers thrown into oil. It all ended up in a bin. Never again!

    Consistence in quality, always prompt an d friendly on drop off, actually more often than not they are early. Plus there is always food left over for the next few lunches. Keep up the good work.

    Have had food from here before and it was quite good. I was disappointed this time. It wasn't horrible, but not anything to write home about. And it took forever. Estimated time of delivery was 1hr, and it took 1hr20min. They did call to say the driver was stuck in traffic, so that was nice of them.

    We really like the sweet and sour chicken and special fried rice. Only thing I'm disappointed in, is the reduced delivery menu from what it was before. I miss the red and green curries...and the pepper dishes...:(

    After waiting for over an hour, I called the restaurant to find out that they had delivered my food to a completely different address!!! Idiots!!! Will NEVER order from them ever again!!!

    I always use Yummy Palace now! I've used them many times and they never dissapoint. The service is great and fast and their honey chicken is the best takeaway one I've had. Delicious!

    I've only ordered twice but both times was consistent with the food quality, speed of the delivery and value for money. I'd also like to add that both delivery drivers where very nice to deal with. You can expect to see a lot more of me :D

    These guys are my regular chinese order in. Great for fast delivery, and whilst I still maintain that the best chinese is NZ chinese, the food here is still not bad, with a good price range. I especially like the wantons!

    Have ordered twice from here and has been super quick both times. The food was pretty average. Fried rice was AWFUL and veggies were really oily but had noodles the second time and was better... still not great but OK if its late and you're hungry. If you find a good menu item stick to it!

    This is the last time I will be ordering, every time they are late but this time it was 2 hours 10 mins and only after 4 phone calls of me chasing it up. Their excuse, we are busy, Chinese is fast to cook and we live 5 mins from the restaurant. Not good enough!!!!!!!
