  Zande Brasserie - A good, solid cafe with out being spectacular. A combination of a tight schedule for us & an emergency with the Fire Brigade putting the wait staff under the pump - but they rose to the occasion. The garlic bread - a ubiquitous "Vietnamese Bread Shop" Roll, so prevalent in Sydney - was only toasted on one side and was devoid of crunchiness. My Gnocchi Bosciola was very nice with just the right amount of Bacon & Mushrooms. My Wife's Chicken - a combination of grilled Haloumi & Sundried Tomato had the condiment of home-style gravy more suited to a roast. It wasn’t unpleasant..... just unusual.....

  Despite the fact that it was cold inside & the "Electro Techno Doof Doof" music was a tad loud..it was ok..as I said Zande Brasserie was solid without being spectacular.   (Raunch Icon - See my reviews (7) - August, 2007)
