      Wait service was shocking, however bar staff were attentive. Food took ages to arrive and on the dry side, dessert and coffee ok. Expensive for what it was, a real shame to be honest. We notified manager that we weren't happy but he just shrugged his shoulders and walked away.   (September, 2011)

      We have been to Zinc twice in the last month and have had a great dining experience both times. The food has been superb, service fast ,efficient (without being pushy) and friendly.

      Whilst the pricing is perhaps a little high for some diners it has always been great value for money. A very good wine and beverage list is a plus too.

      This has now got to be our favourite restaurant in Port. keep it up guys you are doing a fantastic job+ + +   (Port Eater - See my reviews (2) - January, 2009)

      great restaurant, we didn't book and were accommodated quickly. I was with a group of friends and no one had any complaints. Great food Friendly service and great atmosphere. And cool. Will be going back   (See my reviews (4) - October, 2008)

      Holidayed in Port for 14 lovely days in May 08. Ate out lunch and dinner all of those days (not all at Zinc... though need a treadmill now!! ). This is by far a fantastic restaurant and probably our "pick" of Port being the most frequently visited by us. Food was fresh and innovative, service was slick & attentive without being "in your face". Very cool hip place...our 5yr old daughter loved the aquarium - worth visiting just for a look! Certainly will be back...as we have regularly since it opened! Child friendly though not necessary a "family restaurant" - in the traditional terms!   (blondini1 - See my reviews (6) - June, 2008)
