Too Hot to BBQ

Hot weather and BBQs are two peas in a pod, but who decided that a blazing grill is the best way to prepare food on a scorching summer’s day?

Let someone else sweat it out next to the grill for your upcoming backyard BBQ.

(It also means there’s no way to burn the chook, nothing will roll off the hotplate and land in the dirt, and the steaks will be cooked according to preference, not luck.)

Here is your updated Menulog BBQ checklist:

Burgers

Beef, chicken, veggie, spicy, mild, BBQ sauce, garlic aioli, tomato, onion, haloumi, cheddar, pickles, beetroot, no beetroot…

With infinite burger variations in Australia, it has never been easier to find one perfectly suited to your taste.

Potato Salad

No BBQ would be complete without a potato salad to sit beside the steak and sausages. The best ones always contain bacon. Always.
