Chicken Jhalfrazi Delivery from Local Restaurants

As dishes become popular in foreign lands, it's natural for them to change form as they're adjusted to suit popular demand. Chicken jhalfrazi is one such dish that's made that transformation. Originally this recipe was used to reheat leftover meat and potato dishes that were cooked earlier in the week with copious amounts of fresh onions, green capsicums, and green chillies. This technique resulted in a certain flavour, and it's come to refer to dishes prepared in a similar manner in modern day Australia.

What Takeaway Chicken Jhalfrazi Can I Order Online?

Takeaway chicken jhalfrazi may be purchased from Indian restaurants in general. It is here "Jalfreze" means stir-frying. Garlic, ginger, carrots supplement the aforementioned vegetables. Spices and oil coat the chicken, and everything is cooked quickly at once. A fine chop of fresh coriander leaves gets tossed over at the end.

The original jhalfrazi originated in Begnal, and chicken jhalfrazi may be found in restaurants of Bengali cusine--if you can find them. These restaurants have a more authentic mix of spices, and the heat can get a little out of control. Popular Indian restaurant are more likely to control the heat of a chicken jhalfrazi dish with the addition of cream or whole yoghurt.
