Schnitzel food delivery from local restaurants

At its base, schnitzel is a tenderized, boneless cut of meat that's breaded and deep-fried.  Meats include beef, veal, pork, chicken, turkey, and mutton. Breading is made from flour, eggs, and breadcrumbs. Australia though mostly sees the chicken variety. Chicken parmigiana is a chicken schnitzel with tomato sauce, ham, and cheese topping. Chicken schnitzel may also be served accompanied by chips. If sandwiched between two slices of bread, schnitty is often accompanied by lettuce and mayonnaise. Parma may also end up on bread.

When referring to the German varieties of schnitzel, Wiener Schnitzel pops to mind. Here, ground veal is breaded and fried. Radish and cabbage sliced thin and immersed briefly in boiling water containing vinegar, fennel, and toasted caraway seeds results in a tart, fresh, and crunchy slaw to the savory wiener schnitzel. Everything may be served with fried potatoes. The Vietnamese version skips the slaw and fried potatoes for a slice of lemon and a mayonnaise-potato salad topped with parsley.  German dishes comprise the greatest constituents in the Schnitzel world. There's Jägerschnitzel that's schnitzel with a mushroom cream sauce. Paprikaschnitzel is schnitzel served with a tomato, capsicum, and onion sauce. Vegetarisches Schnitzel is meatless and made from tofu. Münchner Schnitzel is Wiener Schnitzel that gets hit with horseradish and/or mustard before breading. Japanese tonkatsu closely mirrors this dish. Tonkatsu is a flattened pork cutlet that gets the usual coating of flour and egg but is finished with panko crumbs instead. Tonkatsu is often served in ramen or udon.
