How do I request a 'Contact-free Delivery'?

Amid the ongoing coronavirus (COVID-19) situation, we want to remind all customers that Contact-free collection and delivery is now implemented for all orders, to help ensure the health and safety of the entire Menulog community.

In order to help customers follow Australian Government, New Zealand Government (New Zealand restaurants) and World Health Organisation (WHO) recommendations on social distancing to help prevent the spread of illness, customers can include ‘contact-free’ delivery requests via the Menulog apps and website via the steps below:

  1. Login, order and checkout as per usual
  2. Include your preferred location in the 'notes box' - e.g. "Contact-free delivery: Please leave [add location/ instruction]
