Thursday 26 September 2024I ordered 5 items that are physically available in store. My order came with 2/5 items and no reasoning as to why other than it’s out of stock. The menu showed what was in and out of stock the items I chose were in stock. But I never received the whole order. Waiting for a refund takes like 5 days. Crazy how they can take your money instantly but not return it for days. Never using Menulog again second horrible experience of missing items in one day with no cares given by restaurant or Menulog.
