never arrived . delivery was completed but no items anywhere. contacted chat not easy to ask them if order was delivered to wrong place or not or where else I could check . they did offer a refund after an hour .

The food and timing of delivery was fine but the app didnt change at all so I had no idea when to expect the order. Would also like the option of being able to tip drivers AFTER orders are delivered, not before.

Drink was half full and spilt in bag causing meal to be inedible . Photos taken put in complaint nothing done total waste of my money and time and had to order food from else where
