Menu log nor restaurant would be held accountable for delay. First contact Yakub with ML I was told 15-20min wait. Time passed delivery. Spoke to restaurant. Flat tyre. Driver would be 40minutes despite food being ready. Contacted ML again, Mahesh. Same story 15-20min wait. At this stage the original wait time of an 1h15min had passed. Apology but wasn’t going to be held accountable. Appears restaurant only relies on one ML driver. 1h50min late we received our food. Not good enough.

7 Village has very consistent quality with their food. My order was marked as delivered prior to the delivery. I called the restaurant to find out more, the staff reassured me it was Menulog setting. My food arrived shortly after. It was worth the wait!!
