Second order in a row on Friday night that was stuffed up. Not sure if App or restaurant. Last time over two hour wait. This time no food delivered at all, though it says it has been delivered.

Hi Ivan, we apologize for this experience. I have checked with the driver and he informed us that he did ring the bell made a phone call but no response for 5 mins so he did leave the order at your door and heading to his next delivery. Please accept our apologies and I will contact Menulog if we can do something for you.
