Kabulli Pallow with 2 lamb shank. Traditional Afghani rice flavored with cumin and cardamom cooked with lamb shank and dressed with a layer of finely sliced caramelized carrots and Burberry served with kofta and served with bread (naan), chili dip, and yogurt dip.

Lamb Karae. Diced lamb backstrap, cooked with garlic and herbs. Stir-fried with onion and tomato. Served with bread (Naan), dips and rice.

Chopan Kebab. Lamb on the bone marinated with herbs and garlic. Cooked over charcoal, served with bread (Naan) and dips.

Lamb cutlets. Tender lamb cutlets marinated with garlic and herbs. Cooked over charcoal, served with bread, rice, and dips.

2 x Chicken Tikka Kabab (3 x skewers per serve). Succulent chicken thigh fillet pieces marinated with garlic and herbs, slow cooked over charcoal and served with bread (naan), chilli dip and yogurt dip.

1 x Chicken Tikka Kabab (3 x skewers), 1 x Seekh Kabab Marinated Beef and Lamb Mix Mince (3 x Skewers) served with bread (naan), chilli dip and yogurt dip.

Mantu - Traditional Afghani dumplings steam cooked, made from pastry, minced onions, topped with yoghurt and tomato gravy. Chicken Tikka Kebab - Succulent chicken thigh fillet pieces marinated with garlic and herbs, slow cooked over charcoal. Borani Banjan (Eggplant) - Fried eggplant covered with a fresh tomato and yoghurt sauce.

Vegetarian Ashaak - Steam cooked pastry filled with chives and leek, topped with a rich mixed vegetable gravy and yoghurt. Fasolia (Green Bean Korma) - Cooked with tomato, onion, garlic and herbs. Chana Dal - Cooked in a rich tomato and garlic gravy. Borani Banjan (Eggplant) - Fried eggplant covered with a fresh tomato and yoghurt sauce. Afghani Rice - Traditional Afghani rice flavoured with cumin powder and cardamom, dressed with a layer of finely sliced caramelised carrots and barberry.

Entrée - steamed cooked dumplings (mantu). Four Course Meal - Afghani traditional rice, chicken tikka, lamb backstrap skewers, meatball kofta, borani banjan (eggplant) served with bread (naan) and dips (chatni).

Chapli Kebab - 8 x patties of spicy grilled lamb mince, mixed with herbs, chilli and onion served with bread (naan) and dips (chatni).

Chicken Karae (for 2) - Chicken fillet pieces marinated with garlic, fresh herbs and fried with tomatoes, green chilli and served with bread (naan) and dips (chatni).
