I left specific instructions for the order to be left at the door of unit 14. Not only was it not left at the unit door, it was left in another building entirely. My elderly father was searching for it for 20 minutes before it was found in another building because I am not at home. We order online for convenience, not to have to make it more difficult for ourselves. It has also occurred multiple times that it is left at the building door rather than being brought to the unit, and I am no longer okay with this. I order so that my less mobile family members can have the convenience of food delivered, but there is no point in this if all it does is make our lives more difficult.
