You got to be joking. 1hr 20min to obtain our dinner and it’s luke warm at best. Very disappointing

I ordered at 5.45pm and the food didn’t arrive til 7.45!! The containers were soggy and food was like warm at best! The drive also had the tracing off so I couldn’t track it in the last 20min. We had people over it was for a party food was late and nut hit when it arrived! We order from alaseel often this is the first time I have been annoyed and disappointed

Second time Al Aseel has had their delicious food ready on time and Menulog have dropped the ball. I won't be using Menulog again. I will be using Al Aseel again.

I love the food from Al Aseel, but I will have to find a more reliable delivery service. The expected delivery time repeatedly extended and there is no way that you can follow up.

Food was cold, sooooo disappointing, especially considering I paid $170 for my food! You need to do something about your drivers. I know it only takes 15 min from the restaurant to my house, as I often come for dinner
