I want to question the option to message the driver. I realised I hadn’t put the delivery notes not to bring the order to door as there’s sensors that go off in the house that can wake up the family and make the dogs bark. I messaged the driver in app as soon as they had to order to avoid this, it was ignored and it did wake up the house. I didn’t get a reply in app and got a text when it was delivered “left at front door regards”. Not happy, why is the option there if it’s going to be ignored
