Our order was over an hour later. Expect delivery was between 635-655 we didn’t get it until 8. Contacted the store at 715 and was told our order was about 10-15 minutes away and the lady on the phone was incredibly rude and dismissive. Called back at 755 the girl on the phone this time was actually helpful and told us we’d see our food soon after actually talking to the other staff about where the driver was. We are incredibly disappointed with how long this took and they refused to refund us.

Have had the parma last year from this location and it was sometimes over cooked and potato was under seasoned, however today the parma and potatoes were SPOT on !! Really enjoyed it!

My pizza had like 4 bit of pepperoni on it for a large pizza that’s not on I’m calling your head office now I want a full refund now I’m over waiting for my food then when it gets here it cold and barely a pizza my small garlic and cheese pizza had no garlic in it and barely any cheese REFUND NOW
