Saturday 08 March 2025the driver delivered the order to another address and when I spoke to customer service they said too bad so sad, you'll get a refund within 3-5 business days. not good enough. contact the driver and tell them to fix their mistake. Will be putting in a formal complaint for sure

Saturday 04 May 2024From initial estimate of time of delivery of about 45mins - 1hr 15min, it was another hour on top of that.
Pizza was cold, spaghetti just warm. Did not enjoy the meal at all.
When the delivery driver arrived, he said sorry, he had another delivery. That would explain why his bike symbol was stopped at Lake Ave cringila for a while and then off to Warrawong before back tracking back to my house.
