I provided a tip at time of payment. Order was missing two main items. Drivers should check receipts before leaving! Wasn’t given option to have missing items redelivered, instead offered credit only, which was unsatisfactory. Also the baclava was a tiny piece for the price and not good value for money.

Menulog's delivery very very slow. So, dinner was not warm. Was almost cold. 2nd time slow, menulog hopeless. ALSO restaurant messed up order, two of three kebabs not right, incorrect sauces, wrong ingredients. Won't order again. Shame, I love kebab

I wrote two notes on the order 1) no tomato, 2) add sour cream. Neither were done. By the time we got the order, it was too cool. This is the 3rdtime I've ordered, and the 3rd time it's been sub par. It's a shame because I've ordered direct from the shop before, and they were great. But I don't think you put much attention into looking at the order properly. Why have a 'notes' section if you ignore it?
