Delivery person messaged me to say he was almost here and to come to the door. There was no sign of the driver when I went down to the door. I then got a message from the driver to meet him one street over. Not knowing where the food would be and the fact that I paid for delivery to my door this was not acceptable. By the time the food was delivered it was 20 minutes after the driver first messaged me. As a result the food was cold by the time I got it.
